While Clayton Kershaw and Tim Lincecum were dueling in the City by the Bay, a 2-1 Dodger W as Clayton Kershaw deservedly won his 18th game of the year, completely out pitching Tim Lincecum. Another San Francisco resident O’Koyea Dickson, a 12th round pick by the Dodgers out of Sonoma State University, was getting ready for his first playoff game as a professional.
During Thursday’s off day for the Dodgers Frank and Jamie were back at it in court yet again. The days action was centered around a filing made by Jamie’s attorney’s opposing Frank’s attempts to reduce his ex-wife’s monthly spousal support.
Will the Dodgers Land Roy Halladay?
The speculation has already begun that the two teams who are very interested in the Blue Jays’ Roy Halladay are both from the state of California. That would be the Angels and the Dodgers. And while there have been rumors that the Dodgers will send Chad Billingsley to Toronto in exchange for Halladay, it’s starting to look like that is highly unlikely.
