The Dodgers Enjoy Their Offseason in Style

I suppose there is technically baseball still going on, but after World Series Game 5, I’m not going to be watching Game 6. I cannot stomach another San Francisco championship, and I refuse to watch the Giants celebrate again.

Instead of depressingly going over the Dodgers’ weaknesses of last season and the seemingly humongous job of shaping together a new competitive roster for next year, I would much rather be frolicking on the beaches of Hawaii or chillin’ in the tropical sun of the Dominican Republic this offseason. Or perhaps a nice warm bowl of ramen noodles would comfort my sorrows?

The Dodgers have already been busy this offseason with vacations, time with family and even some side jobs promoting delicious noodles.
Let’s catch up with a few of the players and see what they have been up to these past few weeks since the sudden ending of their season left Los Angeles in mourning.

Yasiel Puig has been spending quality time with his adorable son.

Matt Kemp has been busy having fun at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios, going to New York and attending football games.

Hanley Ramirez always chills during the offseason in style and is often seen on boats either in Miami or the Dominican Republic.

Alanna Rizzo is vacationing in Italy.

Dee Gordon bought his first new home.

Joc Pederson had a little bit of down time by the pool while playing in the Domincan Winter League for the Leones del Escogido.

Clayton Kershaw and his wife Ellen often focus on their charity work during the offseason, but they are also busy preparing for their daughter who is due in January!

Justin Turner spent time with his wife in Maui.

Hyun-jin Ryu returned home to Korea where he is a superstar, and he was busy working on commercials including this doozy.

It can’t get much better than that complete with a bearded Clayton Kershaw impersonator. Ryu wins the award for best offseason performance by a Dodger.

Thank you Jin Ramen. Thank you.
