Kershaw Press Conference Live Streaming On Dodgers.com

The Dodgers are holding a special press conference this morning at around 10 AM to announce Clayton Kershaw’s contract extention. GM Ned Colletti, and Stan Kasten will both be there. The Dodgers just inked Kershaw to a record breaking seven year 215 million dollar contract extension that will assure he will be in Dodger Blue for at least the next five years, or longer. (He has an opt out in his contract after the fifth year) Honestly when you’ve been to a couple of these press conferences, you’ve seen them all. I’m assuming Kershaw will be there as well of course. (Edit, I assumed wrong, it appears he is not there)

This one however is being live streamed on MLB.com. I couldn’t make it down there this morning, but you can check it out online at the link here.

Game recaps, who’s the designated writer for games that Dodgers lose? Whoever that is will be getting a lot of off time. Did you ever imagine things going this well when you took the title as editor here, Scott? I know you’re having fun the same as me. Most exciting time ever as a Dodgers fan. Cheers!

It’s been a lot of fun Quasi. Can you believe hoe much things have changed just in the last two years? Incredible. Indeed Quasi, it is a great time to be a Dodger fan

But, Scott, for the biggest part the Dodgers are basically the same team as last year and we’ll celebrating that very thing. Only great teams can go 42 and 8 and now these Dodgers have the taste blood. 2014 is a 100+. Bet on that! Cheers!
