Win a Opening Day Program! Winner Drawn

Thank you to all who commented. Stay tuned for more contests throughout the season!
We have one Opening Day program to give away to a lucky Lasorda’s Lair reader! Some of you may not have been able to attend the home opener in person, but we have a small Opening Day 2012 souvenir to give away to one lucky person. I picked this up myself during the game today which the Dodgers won with a score of 2-1 thanks to a Birthday blast by Andre Ethier.

It is easy to enter. All you need to do is post a comment below! The contest will run through next Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 5:10 pm Pacific Time. Then a winner will be chosen randomly and will be announced after the game that night.

Good luck!

Huge fan of the Dodgers and I work for a magazine company!  It would be nice to have a program like this framed on my wall!  GO BLUE!

I want to win this program for my best friend. Her son plays for the Dodgers and was unable to attend opening day due to the fact we are on the right coast.

Is this a current Dodger? Can I ask which Dodger?

One of these years, I plan on hauling the family from Iowa to opening day at Dodger Stadium.  I’ve already taken my boy to Dodgertown in Vero and to Dodger Stadium, opening day will is on the bucket list.  In the meantime I would love to have an opening day  program.

Wow A Dodger fan from Iowa! Awsome. Well, you are entered into the contest

@LasordasLair I watch them every night.  My Dad used to take me to Busch and Wrigley as a kid to see them.  We would get there real early and get autographs from my favorites while they entered the stadium.  I’ve got a huge collection of my Dad’s yearbook through the 60′s and 70′s.  We’ve got a baby on the way and if its a girl, it will be named Brooklyn so this Hawkeye is a diehard Dodger.

Congrats on your pending arrival! I have two daughters, and my youngest’s middle name is Reese;) Love the name Brooklyn!

Thanks, to be honest I’m still lobbying the wife on this one, but considering I talked her into naming our son Deuce I like my chances.  @organicallyrude

Great memories of my childhood with the Dodgers. Even though I moved away in 1973. I still follow and bleed Blue.
First game I saw was in 1965 against the Cubs.
Saw Willie Stargell Hit the ball out of the Ball Park at one game. ( Before HGH)
Remember re-playing every pitch of Vin’s play by play ( and Jerry Doggett)  in the backyard, being Don Drysdale, Willie Davis and Wes Parker etc. Saw players like Aaron, Mays,  Bob Gibson, Clemente, Bench.
Its been a treat getting the Baseball App for my Ipad and Listen to Vin Scully and The Dodgers once again.
Another thing I miss know, is a Dodger dog or an In-and-Out Burger after the game!
    Good Memories

Thanks for sharing, I hope you make it back out here for a Dodger game soon. Did you see Koufax’s perfect game? My Uncle was there, as a 13 year old paper boy sitting in the left field pavillion

@LasordasLair Couple of years ago I drove my son back to Camp Pendleton, to bad it was February, we did drive into the parking lot behind CF and tried to look in, now that brought back memories! I would love to see a game there again.
