He only has a minor investment in the parking lots, and has zero control. The GBM controls the parking lots now, they just have to pay McCourt once they purchase the lots after forming their venture. Basically, he will get some royalties from the lots, but thats it. He cant build anything on it, and has no say in parking prices. This is a time to celebrate.  @SalingersGhost
